Online Form: Disaster/Emergency Assistance Volunteer

Thank you for inquiring about volunteer opportunities to help during disaster/emergency situations. Please take a moment to answer the following questions about yourself. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to to match you with a need.

You will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator when the need arises. Filling out this Volunteer Form will place you on “stand-by” as there may not be an immediate need.

I would be interested in staging/delivering relief supplies to affected areas in Washington County.
I would be interested in unloading and sorting relief supplies upon arrival.
I would be interested in assisting in the FEMA application process for those whose property was damaged by weather-related events. (Requires computer proficiency)
I would be interested in helping at Faith Mission’s disaster shelter, if one has been set up.
I would be interested in learning more about how I could assist light office duties, including answering phone calls.
I would be interested in learning more about how I could lead my church or work group in large clean-up efforts around Washington County following weather-related events.
